They are now seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead their people function and manage a team of HR Advisors. The role plays a key part in ensuring staff across academic and support teams receive consistent, high quality HR support.
💥 As the HR Manager, you will:
1. Lead and manage a team of HR Advisors, ensuring a high standard of service across the organisation
2. Oversee HR operations including onboarding, safer recruitment checks, contract preparation, compliance, and record keeping
3. Provide professional advice on employee relations cases, including those relating to academic staff, support staff, and teaching contracts
4. Advise managers on performance, absence, conduct, and capability cases, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and sector policies
