We are currently recruiting for a Quality Manager to join an extremely busy and expanding Manufacturing Engineering client based in Bradford. This position has become available due to business growth and looking for someone to join in a senior leadership role to develop the quality department.
This is a key leadership role within a high-precision engineering environment, requiring strong people skills, the ability to communicate across all levels, and a genuine passion for educating and developing teams in Quality and QHSE processes.
The successful candidate will take a hands-on role within production while leading a team of Quality Engineers and Inspectors. You will work to aerospace industry standards and play a pivotal part in driving continuous improvement, reducing cost, improving delivery performance, and sustaining high levels of product quality.

1. Lead the development and implementation of departmental quality objectives, ensuring alignment with AS9100 and ISO 9001 requirements.
2. Maintain and improve all quality documentation, ensuring processes meet customer, regulatory and contractual requirements.
