A fast-growing training academy specialising in delivering high-quality training solutions to the construction industry are seeking a Sales Executive to join their team as they continue to expand.
Working with individuals and businesses across the sector, they provide essential accredited training courses to a multitude of regional and national clients.
As the Sales Executive you will:
* Proactively contact potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn
* Generate new business opportunities within the construction sector and wider markets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and secure additional business
* Understand client needs and recommend suitable training solutions
* Manage leads and update CRM systems accurately
* Liaise with our team of in house trainers to ensure courses are organised and well managed
* Support the MD with any adjacent tasks.
We are looking for a Sales Executive with:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident, driven, and target-oriented
* A genuine interest in sales and relationship building
* Highly organised with good attention to detail
* Comfortable speaking to people at all levels
* Any previous experience within the construction sector or working for a training provider would be advantageous but not essential
