Honeycomb is delighted to be working with a leading organisation in Northern Ireland for the role of Contracts Administrator on a temporary full-time basis. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a thriving business gaining great experience working on multiple projects and contracts. Located in the city centre this is an ideal location, easily accessible via public transport. Your role of contracts administrator will involve onboarding and support of contracts, providing key support through the varied stages. You will be tasked with the account tracking for these projects, raising purchase orders, reporting on costs as well as reviewing/approving invoices. You will be delivering essential business support, performing ad hoc administrative duties, updating correspondence, ensuring compliance and performing audit checks where required. The ideal person for this role comes with previous experience in procurement or purchase processing, having experience in administration across compliance or contracts is essential. The minimum qualifications are a HNC qualification or equivalent in business, construction, engineering or other relevant discipline. You should possess high-level organisational skills be a confident communicator as well as proficient use of IT systems and the MS Suite. Salary can be negotiated based on experience.
