The Requirements:
* Strong academic background (degree-level education preferred)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

* Prior experience in B2B telesales (advantageous)

The Role:
* Drive ticket sales for conferences and exhibitions using phone and email outreach
* Manage and convert warm leads into confirmed delegates
* Reconnect with previous attendees and key accounts to maximise repeat business
* Maintain and update a well-organised sales database
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, business development, research, and operations teams
