The Opportunity
You’ll take ownership of UK and international payroll, drive continuous improvement, and lead the design and delivery of compensation and benefits programmes that support a growing, evolving business. Working closely with the People Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping reward strategy and ensuring it aligns with organisational goals.
What You’ll Lead
* End‑to‑end payroll operations (UK & international)
* Annual bonus and salary review cycles
* Benefits review and rebroking
* Gender Pay Gap reporting
* Total Reward Statements
* SuccessFactors system ownership
* Pension scheme administration
