Your new role As HR Manager (Maternity Cover – 15 Months), you will take ownership of the full HR remit, supporting both strategic and operational HR activities. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, manage employee relations cases, handle recruitment end-to-end, and lead on key initiatives such as organisational change, talent development, and policy implementation. This is a standalone role requiring a confident and experienced HR professional who can hit the ground running and adapt quickly to a changing environment. What you'll need to succeed CIPD Level 5 as a minimum Extensive experience in an HR Manager role, ideally across a range of industries or business types. Proven ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to work autonomously.
