Overview
Motors is a well-established, family-run dealership with a strong reputation for quality vehicles and excellent customer service. As we continue to grow, we’re looking to welcome a motivated and organised individual to join our team. This is a varied role combining sales support and administrative responsibilities, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
Responsibilities
* Managing customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
* Supporting customers from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover
* Advertising vehicles and maintaining online listings
* Chasing and managing sales leads
* Ordering parts and processing warranty claims
* Booking sold vehicles into the workshop for preparation
* Keeping customers updated throughout the sales process
* Providing general administrative support to the sales team
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in the motor trade or sales environment preferred
* Experience using Click Dealer (DMS) is highly desirable
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Professional, approachable, and team‑oriented attitude
* Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
