About the Role
We're working with a global manufacturing business based in Carrickfergus to recruit a permanent part‑time HR Manager (24 hrs/week), ideal for someone seeking hands‑on responsibility and influence within a technical environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead recruitment, onboarding, and selection processes
2. Manage employee relations and benefits
3. Oversee performance management and training initiatives
4. Serve as the site's go‑to HR lead, working independently or within a small team
Your Profile
5. Degree in HR, business, or related field
6. 5+ years' HR experience-ideally in manufacturing or a similar sector
7. CIPD-qualified (preferred)
8. Solid knowledge of Northern Ireland employment law
9. Experience owning HR processes end-to-end is a strong advantage
