You’ll be a key part of the culinary magic, preparing tasty meals from our popular menu and daily specials served with flair and a smile. Think sizzling grills, hearty dishes, and happy guests soaking up holiday vibes in a stunning countryside setting.
Typical duties and responsibilities:
Prepping and cooking fresh food to order with confidence and care
Creating beautifully presented dishes that keep guests coming back for more
Catering to dietary needs and allergies with precision
Keeping your workstation clean, organised, and safe
Supporting the kitchen team to deliver a smooth and efficient service
What We’re Looking for:
A passion for food and creating great dining experiences
Experience in a kitchen environment (college, home cooking, or professional – it all counts!)
A solid understanding of food safety and hygiene
Organised, friendly, and cool under pressure
Eager to learn, grow, and bring positive energy to the team
Hours are variable depending on arrivals and departures due each week.
