This is a unique opportunity to join a respected, food-focused contract caterer known for its quality, creativity, and collaborative culture. The site currently operates predominantly during the day, but offers huge growth potential in both retail and event catering – from family-friendly café service to stunning private events in a truly idyllic venue.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a passionate team to deliver a memorable food and service experience across all outlets.
Oversee day-to-day operations with a focus on quality, sustainability, and efficiency.
Drive the development of both retail and events business, working closely with the client to maximise commercial opportunities.
Build strong relationships with local suppliers to champion fresh, seasonal, and sustainable produce.
Maintain excellent client relationships and uphold our reputation as a trusted partner and hospitality innovator.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a senior catering management role, ideally in a visitor attraction or multi-outlet environment.
A foodie at heart – someone who appreciates great produce, culinary innovation, and exceptional presentation.
Commercially astute with a track record of driving revenue and improving margins.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
A commitment to sustainability and community engagement.
