Reed are working with a College in Coventry and are seeking a HR Administrator to join the HR team on a 6 month temporary basis with the potential to be offered a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities
HR Administration
* Maintain accurate and confidential employee records using database.
* Process all employee lifecycle changes including starters, leavers, and contract amendments.
* Support recruitment processes: advertising roles, coordinating interviews, and managing pre-employment checks.
* Manage employee self-service systems and update working patterns, holidays, and access.
* Record and track sickness absence and related documentation.
* Ensure compliance with HR policies and data protection requirements.
* Generate regular and ad hoc HR reports to support decision-making.
Payroll Administration
* Prepare and submit accurate weekly and monthly payroll data in coordination with the Payroll Officer.
* Update staff teaching hours and contractual details on platforms like Pro Solutions.
* Respond to payroll-related queries and assist in resolving issues.
* Track and verify payroll changes to meet deadlines and payroll cycles.
Other Duties
* Support onboarding and training of new users on HR systems.
* Contribute to HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
* Promote equality, diversity, and safeguarding in all aspects of the role.
* Participate in the College’s appraisal scheme and uphold its values.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have:
* CIPD Level 3 qualification or above
* Level 2 in English & Maths
* Experience providing generalist HR administrative support
* Experience using CINTRA or similar HR & Payroll systems
