We are currently looking to recruit a Events & Groups Sales Executive for The May Fair Hotel, A Radisson Collection Hotel. Overview: The role of Events and Groups Sales Executive takes on the responsibility of supporting the Group Sales and Planning Team with all duties relating to Events and Groups. You will be involved in the preparation and issuing of contracts. You will be involved in all pre arrival preparations including rooming lists. You will attend all Groups meetings ensuring any follow up points are promptly actioned. You will ensure that any non arrival bookings are followed up and charged as necessary. You will be involved in all site visits and be confident to explain all aspects of the hotel. About You: You will ideally have previous experience in a similar role within a 5 star hotel environment. You will be confident and comfortable communicating with clients over the phone, email and in person. You will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. You will have a good understanding of IT applications and the ability to learn new system easily. You will have the ability to work under pressure in a high volume environment.
