Manchester You’ll be joining our Stockport Head office, home to 18 showrooms, our Conference Centre, staff Wellness Hub, a truly state-of-the-art gym - fully loaded with Peloton bikes & every piece of gym equipment you can imagine. Our Stockport team consists of over 350 adidas employees, working across, Brand, Sports Marketing, Marketing Activations, Visual Merchandising, Sales, Account Operations, Finance, HR & many more. What You’ll Do As a HR Business Partner, you’re a trusted advisor who will partner with business leaders to shape and deliver people strategies that drive organisational performance, foster employee engagement and build future-ready capabilities. You’ll need to be a proven team player, with a proactive mindset, a passion for leading change and a champion for creating a culture of excellence. Demonstrating an agile approach will be a key focus for you to help build relationships at all levels. Skills You’ll Need 5 years of generalist HR experience, including as strong understanding of change management and employee relations Strong ability to adapt style and approach to influence and advise different stakeholders Data insight skills – interpret & leverage people analytics to inform strategy, measure impact, and continuously improve HR delivery. A true team player, who is collaborative, and motivated to get involved with a variety of people related topics and projects – if you’re not passionate about people, this might not be the role for you.
