Are you a hardworking, reliable individual looking for a secure, rewarding role in Northumberland? We’re seeking a Labourer to support a busy Housing Repairs Team.
About the Role:
As a Labourer, you’ll work alongside skilled tradespeople and supervisors to help maintain and repair housing stock across Northumberland. You’ll play a key part in ensuring residents’ homes are safe, well-maintained, and meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting tradespeople with repairs and maintenance tasks
Preparing and clearing work areas
Loading and unloading materials
Ensuring tools and equipment are properly maintained
Following health and safety guidelines at all timesRequirements:
Previous experience in construction, maintenance, or a similar environment
Good physical fitness and a positive work ethic
Ability to work well as part of a team
Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)Benefits:
