Site Manager / Senior Site Manager – Housing
South East Cornwall
Up to £70,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager or Senior Site Manager to join a well-established housing developer on a major residential scheme in Cornwall.
This is a long-term opportunity offering stability, progression, and the chance to play a key role in delivering a flagship development of new homes. The project has approximately 4–5 years of work ahead, and the company is happy to consider candidates who are looking to progress within the business over time.
The company is seeking an ambitious and driven individual who can lead from the front, maintain high standards on site, and work closely with the wider construction team to deliver quality homes safely and efficiently.
The Role
1. Managing day-to-day site operations
2. Overseeing subcontractors and ensuring programme targets are met
3. Maintaining high standards of health & safety and build quality
4. Coordinating trades and site teams effectively
5. Reporting progress to senior management
6. Driving the project through key phases from build to completion
Requirements
7. Proven experience working on residential housing developments
8. Experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager
9. Strong leadership and organisational skills
10. SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications
11. Ability to manage programmes and maintain quality standards
