Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Site Manager located in St Andrews. The Site Manager will oversee daily construction site operations, manage project timelines, supervise site personnel, and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Responsibilities also include coordinating with subcontractors, organizing materials, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Effective communication with various stakeholders, including clients and project teams, will be essential to the role.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in site supervision, construction management, and project coordination
* Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and decision‑making skills
* Knowledge of construction safety standards, compliance requirements, and risk management
* Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
* Proficiency in construction software and project management tools
* Degree or certification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
* Ability to work on‑site in St Andrews and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Experience managing residential developments is a plus
