Sales Executive – New Homes Location: South Otterington Salary: £27,200 base £20k comms Contract: Full-time, including weekends About the Role We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our clients growing North East sales team. Representing their brand on site, you’ll be responsible for guiding buyers through the full journey of purchasing their new home — from first enquiry to completion. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a respected house builder, selling high-quality new homes across the region. Key Responsibilities Manage on-site sales suites and deliver an exceptional customer experience Proactively generate and convert leads into reservations Conduct viewings and showcase homes to prospective buyers Build strong relationships with customers, agents, solicitors, and mortgage advisors Guide buyers through the sales and legal process through to completion Maintain accurate records using CRM systems Ensure all sales comply with company procedures and regulatory requirements Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs About You Proven experience in new homes sales or a strong background in property/target-driven sales Confident, professional, and customer-focused Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working weekends and bank holidays (with days off in lieu) Full UK driving license preferred What We Offer Competitive basic salary with uncapped commission Supportive team environment and ongoing training Opportunities for career progression within a growing business Company benefits package (details available on application) How to Apply If you’re passionate about property and delivering outstanding customer service, we’d love to hear from you.
