Full-Time | Permanent | In-person

  • Minimum 1 year sales experience.
  • Backgrounds such as Insurance, Advertising Sales, Auto Trade, Face-to-Face Retail, Outdoor Promoters (including card machines, charity, utilities) highly suited.
  • Confident, sharp communicator.
  • Competitive mindset – hates losing.
  • Money-motivated and target-driven.
  • Quick thinker, strong closer, high energy.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.

    The Role:

  • Call inbound leads from our client’s website.
  • Turn quotes into deals and smash targets.
  • Manage callbacks and follow-ups.
  • Process orders accurately.
  • Consistently hit and exceed daily / weekly targets.
  • This is a high-energy, high-output, high-reward sales role.
  • Earnings:

    Basic Salary: £35,000

    Realistic OTE: £65,000 (achieved in Year 1)

    Uncapped bonuses – top performers exceed this
