We are seeking sales superstars to join a powerhouse in international exhibitions, led by one of the industry's most successful founders. We're building the next generation of world-class trade shows in sectors including
energy transition
and
desalination technology,
two of the most critical industries shaping the planet's future.
We're looking for
driven, fearless sales professionals
who thrive on building something new. This is a rare opportunity to work with exhibition space for major new launch events, backed by an experienced leadership team responsible for several of the UK's most successful international exhibitions.
The Opportunity
You'll be part of a fast-growing team based at our newly refurbished Dorking headquarters. Working directly with senior leadership, you'll sell exhibition space to global businesses, helping them connect with high-value customers in booming international markets. Expect to be on the phone, on Zoom, and out meeting clients this is hands-on, energetic selling with real momentum.
The upcoming shows will be hosted across Europe, including launches in
Cologne
and
Valencia
, with further geo-expansions planned for
Morocco
,
Athens
, and
California
. You'll also have the chance to travel to competitor events and meet prospects face-to-face as our international calendar grows.
Who We're Looking For
* Around 2–3 years' experience ideally in
exhibition or event sales
, ideally with exposure to selling
stand space
. Or you are a super star sales person looking to get into the events world.
* A proven ability to
close deals
and work with urgency.
* A natural communicator who enjoys the thrill of cold calling and developing new business.
* Someone who's
seen a trade show floor
and understands what makes exhibitors buy.
* Hungry, ambitious, and open to learning — we'll train you in our approach, but you'll bring the energy.
Languages such as French or Spanish are useful, but not essential. What matters most is your ability to engage, persuade, and deliver results.
You'll work alongside a founder and team who've launched and sold some of the most successful exhibitions in the world. This is not a boiler-room environment it's a creative, high-trust sales culture where energy and attitude are everything.
