As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced recruitment leader to join our senior leadership team as Recruitment Director. This role is designed for a proven life sciences recruiter who combines strong personal billing credentials with the ability to build, lead and scale a high-performing recruitment team. Based in the UK, this is a high-impact role offering genuine autonomy, influence and long-term progression. The Role You will take full ownership of a recruitment business unit, delivering permanent and contract recruitment solutions across the UK and Europe. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will set the standard for high-quality recruitment delivery and commercial performance. Key responsibilities include: Building, mentoring and leading a high-performing team of recruitment consultants Leading from the front with a strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle Driving new business development and expanding existing client relationships Delivering consistent revenue growth across permanent and contract recruitment Developing trusted partnerships with senior-level clients and candidates Identifying new market opportunities and supporting European expansion Working closely with the CK Group leadership team on strategic growth initiatives UK-based, with occasional overseas travel Salary: We offer a salary of £60,000 per annum, Plus Commission and Bonus Structure. About You You will be a proven recruitment professional with experience operating at a senior leadership level within life sciences recruitment. You are commercially astute, consultative in approach, and passionate about developing people and building sustainable recruitment teams.
