£90,000 + excellent bonus + LTIP

This director position will suit someone who is currently managing a life sciences recruitment team, but is ready for the next step up in responsibility. You will take over the running of your own division and you'll be given the remit to grow it significantly.
A lucrative financial package is on offer, including long-term incentive/equity plan. You'll be given full operational autonomy, whilst at the same time receiving support and development from some of the most respected leaders within the industry. You will be working with world-class technology, highly credible marketing/thought leadership and enjoy a bespoke L&D programme based entirely around you. The role is based in London, however you will be able to work from home for part of the week, for the long term.
