We’re looking for Study Recruiter to join our team, do you have excellent communication skills together with a professional customer service approach, a desire to work in a clinical environment and enthusiasm to learn?

Key Accountabilities:
1. Must have good attention to detail
2. Proven experience of working within set timelines and budget
3. Develop recruitment plan and strategy for enrolment of volunteers and patients
4. Create advertising materials for Regulatory submission
5. Contribute to client facing presentations and attend client and risk management meetings
6. Third party vendors management experience
7. Respond to all new enquiries as recruitment lead for clinical trial studies
8. Work within metric driven environment to achieve target turn up rate for volunteers and patient screening bookings
9. Maintain a secure database of highly confidential information to ensure the rights and privacy of trial subjects are protected to ensure compliance with the data protection act
10. Responsible for updating the London EPCU recruitment website
11. Develop and implement recruitment plans/strategy to ensure quality and delivery to meet study deliverables
12. Effectively communicate status updates including risks and mitigation steps, to Line manager and relevant stakeholders
13. Any other duties as assigned by line manager
Knowledge/Skills:
14. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
15. Highly developed organisational and problem-solving skills
16. Communication and a proactive approach in study recruitment
17. Experience of database use ideal
18. Professional approach to customer service and satisfaction
19. Self-motivated, able to multitask and work to tight deadlines
20. A flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new initiatives
21. Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
22. Occasional availability to work evenings or weekends as status of recruitment dictates
Education:
23. Scientific or Healthcare qualification (minimum A level or equivalent), Registered Nursing degree or call center experience
24. Language: Good standard of written and spoken English
