What you’ll be doing
* Designing and developing scalable, performant iOS applications using Swift.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
* Engaging with APIs and external interfaces to enhance mobile-first capabilities.
* Promoting best practices, design patterns, and coding standards.
* Advocating for test automation, code quality, and Extreme Programming approaches.
* Supporting continuous improvement through CI/CD pipelines and modern tooling.
* Debugging and resolving complex issues across internal and third-party systems.
* Staying up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, feeding innovation into the roadmap.
* Mentoring and guiding team members, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience as a hands-on iOS Engineer, with strong proficiency in Swift.
* Track record of making technical decisions that lead to maintainable, scalable products.
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills, able to inspire high standards within the team.
* Passion for building secure, reliable, and testable applications.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Experience in quick-service retail, e-commerce, or consumer digital services is a plus.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with a focus on innovation.
