Job Description
As part of our UK HR team, you will provide a generalist HR service across divisions.
Key role requirements
* Develop divisional People strategies and implementation plans aligned with commercial priorities and future objectives.
* Build trusted relationships with operational stakeholders to deliver people strategies within their divisions.
* Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers, offering robust commercial advice on policies and processes, and recommending solutions.
* Identify potential legal risks proactively and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve and mitigate them.
* Manage complex employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance matters.
* Oversee talent and succession planning with operational stakeholders.
* Develop and drive employee engagement initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Coach, lead, and line-manage an HR Advisor, ensuring objectives and People Plans are met.
* Lead and deliver a variety of People projects, change initiatives, and activities aligned with the UK people strategy.
* Produce reports, analyze data, create visual presentations, and provide management information to senior stakeholders.
