Offer description

The role of Senior Sales Executive will include:
1. Providing a positive customer journey at all times
2. Liaising with customers, estate agents, solicitors and mortgage brokers on a daily basis
3. Recording and following up on enquiries regarding the new homes available and answering their queries regarding purchasing options
4. To take sale reservations and see these through to completion whilst liaising with all internal and external parties related to the sale
5. To record any upgrades and incentives related to the sale and ensure these are noted on all sale and legal paperwork
6. To record all sale paperwork onto the Sanctuary record systems – and for future the audit trail
7. To ensure the Marketing suite/sales area is presentable at all times
8. To ensure the marketing literature is up to date and available
9. Ensure GDPR guidelines are adhered to and followed
10. Working with internal and external teams to ensure goals and targets set are met

Skills and experiences:

11. Recent experience in undertaking a similar role with new home or estate agency experience
12. Working knowledge of the application of Health and Safety legislation
13. Proven experience of working to deadlines and prioritising work loads
14. Excellent communication and customer care skills
15. Good negotiation and presentation skills
16. Proficient user of Microsoft packages including Excel, Word and Outlook
17. Travel is a requirement of the role, therefore a full valid driving licence is essential

30. £31,503 per annum (rising to £33,161 after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
