What you will do
Are you a highly organised administrator with a passion for people? Do you thrive on providing exceptional support and want to build a career in Human Resources?

We have a vacancy in our dynamic Human Resources team for a HR Administrator (Maternity Cover) - based at our offices in Chineham/Basingstoke working in a Hybrid pattern (3 days in the office).

You will be working with the HR Operations Lead and HR Operations Manager on employee life cycle and HR Admin task. Facilitating a two-way understanding of business wide activities. You will also:

1. Being the primary point of contact for Onboarding, building strong and effective relationships with managers and new starters to deliver consistent, high-quality advice and best practice guidance.
2. To support the administration relating to new starters – including checking contracts, reference checking - ensuring that all necessary documentation is received and distributed in a timely fashion, flagging any concerns and non-compliance.

Profile

What we are looking for

3. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and can provide a solid understanding of HR administrative task.
4. Ability to work well under pressure and with Excellent attention to detail
5. Competent in MS Office Suite
6. Good team player and self-motivated.
