Site Manager - Retrofit

Role
We’re seeking an experienced Site Manager to join one of the UK’s leading property services organisations, supporting the delivery of a major Orbit Housing retrofit and decarbonisation programme across Warwickshire.
You’ll lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring the safe, high-quality, and efficient delivery of a wide range of retrofit works. This includes insulation upgrades, new roofs, windows, doors, and the rollout of digital and renewable technologies such as smart thermostats, heat pumps, and solar PV.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all on-site activities to ensure works are delivered on time, to specification, and within budget.
* Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers with a strong focus on productivity and quality.
* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards.
* Maintain excellent communication with residents, client representatives, and internal teams.
* Monitor progress, manage site documentation, and report on project performance.
* Support the integration of energy-efficient and low-carbon solutions across the programme.
* Proactively resolve site issues and drive continuous improvement.
About You
* Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally within social housing, retrofit, or energy-efficiency projects.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, building fabric upgrades, and compliance requirements.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with residents.
* A commitment to delivering high-quality, sustainable outcomes.
* Full UK driving licence.
