About the Role:
As the Site Manager, you will oversee the operational aspects of our renewable energy projects, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your leadership will be key in driving project success and maintaining strict adherence to timelines and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead site operations, coordinating with project teams to ensure timely and effective project execution.
2. Enforce comprehensive health and safety protocols, creating a secure environment for all team members.
3. Supervise subcontractors and site staff, ensuring clarity in roles and high standards of work.
4. Monitor and report on project progress, keeping stakeholders informed and involved.
5. Maintain positive and productive relationships with all project partners, including suppliers and local community representatives.
Requirements:
6. Proven track record as a Site Manager in the renewable energy sector, particularly focusing on Grid Transmission & Distribution.
7. Strong leadership skills with the capability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
8. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
9. Relevant certifications in project management and health & safety (e.g., SMSTS, NEBOSH) are preferred.
