As Head of People Partnering, you’ll be the most senior People & Culture colleague for Crown Paints in the UK and Ireland. You’ll lead a team of People Partners and Operations specialists and act as a trusted advisor to leaders at all levels. Your role will focus on: Leading and developing a team of around 12 colleagues in People Partnering and Operations. Partnering with leaders to build strong teams, manage change, and create an engaging employee experience, with focus on employee relations, organisational design and workforce planning. Working with colleagues across our global People & Culture organisation to bring consistent approaches while tailoring them to local needs. Ensuring fair and constructive employee relations, including working with unions and handling collective agreements. Guiding decisions on policies, practices, and compliance with UK & Ireland employment law. You'll measure your success through positive employee engagement, strong people metrics, and impactful partnerships across the business. What we’re looking for Extensive experience in People & Culture / HR, ideally in international organisations. Experience leading teams and supporting senior leaders in complex environments. Knowledge of UK & Ireland employment law and experience handling employee/union relations. Experience navigating a matrixed organisational setup, leading and influencing with consideration of both global and local priorities Strong communication and relationship-building skills — you listen as much as you advise. Experience guiding strategy and change in a way that brings people along.
