* Job Title: Site Labourer
* Location: Wantage, Oxfordshire (OX12)
* Contract Type: Temporary / Ongoing Contract
* Pay Rate: GBP15.80 : GBP16.50 per hour
About the Role
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Labourer to support a busy residential construction site in Wantage. This is a vital role ensuring the site remains safe, tidy, and efficient to allow skilled trades to meet their deadlines.
Responsibilities:
* Maintaining site cleanliness and clearing debris to ensure a safe working environment.
* Assisting skilled trades (bricklayers, carpenters, etc.) with the movement of materials.
* Loading and unloading deliveries.
* Basic site setup and fencing/signage maintenance.
* Adhering strictly to site Health and Safety protocols and Wearing full PPE at all times.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Valid CSCS Card.
* Full PPE (Hard hat, high:vis vest/jacket, steel toe:cap boots).
* Proven reliability and a strong work ethic (references may be requested).
* Previous experience on a residential new:build site.
