Job Description Job Opportunity: Membership and HR Administrator
Queenwood Golf Club | Full-Time | 40 hours/week (some weekends)
Join one of the UK’s most prestigious private golf clubs in a key administrative role supporting the Membership and HR functions.
Key Highlights:
Membership : onboarding, resignations, communications, and database management
HR: contracts, compliance documentation, inductions, training, and records
Lead digitisation of admin systems (both for HR and Membership)
Assist with payroll, benefits, and general office administration including H&S compliance documentation
Ensure high standards of discretion, organisation, and service
What We're Looking For:
Proven admin experience (ideally in hospitality, leisure, or member services)
Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and admin systems
Discreet, proactive, and well-organised
Interest in digital transformation is a plus
