Renewals Sales Executive
Bath – Hybrid (2 days per week)
Basic up to £35,000 + Comms c£20,000 - £24,000 p/a

Citrus Recruit are delighted to be supporting a growing SaaS business in Bath as they look to hire a into their renewals team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑volume renewals or sales environment with short sales cycles and strong earning potential.
You'll manage a portfolio of customers entering a 3‑month renewal window, driving renewal performance and recurring revenue across the business.
Key Responsibilities
As a Renewals Sales Executive, you will be responsible for
Manage a pipeline of expiring customer contracts within a 3‑month renewal cycle.
Secure renewals and consistently achieve monthly revenue and renewal targets (70%+ expected).
Run renewal calls, negotiate commercial terms, and identify potential upsell opportunities.
Prepare accurate, professional renewal proposals for customers.
Maintain up‑to‑date CRM records and deliver weekly pipeline forecasts.
Work closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth post‑renewal handovers.
Identify churn risks early and execute save/retention strategies.
Skills & Experience
Experience in transactional renewals, inside sales, or subscription‑based B2B roles, ideally within SaaS.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, especially within short sales cycles.
Excellent communication, organisation, and commercial judgement.
Comfortable working towards KPIs and monthly targets in a fast‑paced environment.
Confident using CRM tools and MS Office.
Self‑motivated, resilient, and driven to succeed.
