The Role
Reporting directly to Head of HR, the HR Administrator will be a key player in supporting the day-to-day HR function. From payroll to recruitment and compliance, you'll help deliver best HR practices that foster a productive and positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Attendance & Absence Management – Monitor attendance records and support line managers in managing absenteeism proactively. Making referrals to Occupational Health as directed.
* HR Administration – Maintain HR records on Every HR, prepare reports, and support payroll processes as needed.
* Recruitment & Onboarding – Manage recruitment process for various roles on Reach, ensuring a professional and efficient candidate experience. Assist with onboarding checks including identity, qualifications, right to work, references, DBS, etc as directed by the Head of HR.
* Compliance & Policy – Ensure that the latest HR Connect Policies have been adopted and are available on Every Compliance.
* Performance Management – Assist with appraisals and support performance improvement initiatives.
* To be involved in staffing matters including investigations and disciplinaries as directed by the Head of HR.
* Training & Development – Coordinate internal and external training to support workforce development as directed Engagement & Wellbeing – Drive engagement programmes and support wellbeing and inclusion initiatives.
