Site Manager
Birmingham
Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 per annum plus package

Role & Responsibilities
* Manage the site of a new build apartments / housing site (5 units in total)
* Manage subcontractors and direct labour offering technical advice when needed
* Ensure quality control is followed and the site programme is adhered to
* Conduct site reports for the contracts manager
* Lead site meetings when required
* Health and Safety responsibility including toolbox talks
About the Company
* Established main contractor who works on housing, care homes and commercial builds
* Quality is of paramount importance
* Medium sized contractor
Required Knowledge & Experience
* Previous experience as a no2 on larger schemes or a no1 Site Manager on similar projects
* JCT and NEC experience
* Full UK driving license
* CSCS card, SMSTS, First Aid
* NVQ Level 6 preferred
* Enhanced DBS checked to be completed prior to start
