These are great young people who need direction, encouragement, and a positive influence to help them stay focused and succeed at school. The role You’ll support pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, helping them stay engaged with learning and build confidence. This may include: Working 1:1 or with small groups Helping pupils manage emotions and behaviour Acting as a positive role model Supporting teachers in the classroom What we’re looking for Someone who is: Calm, patient, and resilient Confident working with challenging behaviour A positive influence for young people Experience in schools, youth work, coaching, care work, or SEND support is a big plus.
