Job Title: Sales Executive – New Homes
Location: Yarm, Stockton-on-Tees
A highly reputable and premium housebuilder is seeking an experienced and customer‑focused Sales Executive to join their growing North East division. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a well‑established, high‑performing development with strong forward sales, exceptional product specification, and a supportive team culture.
The development offers a mix of 4 and 5 bedroom homes priced between £275,000 – £450,000. With two beautifully presented show homes and a strong pipeline into 2028, this is an excellent long‑term site to manage.
About the Role
This is a single‑manned site, ideal for a confident Sales Executive who enjoys full responsibility for their development. You will be the face of the project, guiding customers through the entire homebuying process—from first enquiry to completion—while consistently delivering a five‑star experience.
You will play a crucial role in driving sales, managing progression, liaising with build and customer care teams, and maintaining impeccable presentation throughout the sales centre and show homes.
A full and structured training programme is provided, alongside ongoing support, external training, and development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a seamless and professional customer journey from enquiry to completion
* Meet, greet and build effective rapport with prospective buyers
* Demonstrate in-depth product and specification knowledge
* Ensure the sales centre and show homes are always presented to an exceptional standard
* Complete all sales administration accurately and in line with company processes
* Proactively follow up leads to convert into appointments and reservations
* Chase surveys, progress sales and work closely with solicitors and internal teams
* Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
* Uphold company brand standards and customer service expectations
Candidate Profile
* At least 2 years’ experience working in new home Sales
* Strong sales progression knowledge
* Confidence managing a busy, competitive site
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently in a single‑manned environment
* A highly professional, customer‑first approach
* Personality, attitude and professionalism are key to success in this role
Working Pattern
Thursday – Monday, 10:00am – 5:00pm
Salary & Package
* Commission & Bonuses: £450 per plot (uncapped)
* Quarterly bonus: up to £3,000 per quarter
* 26 days holiday + bank holidays
* Compulsory Christmas shut down
