Elevation HR are excited to be involved in the recruitment of a HR Officer to join one of our clients, a market leading manufacturer, located in Barnsley on a full time, permanent basis.

Working closely with line managers across a range of departments, you’ll provide hands-on advice and guidance in all aspects of HR, ensuring consistent application in all policies and procedures. This is a great opportunity for a HR Assistant/Coordinator looking to take that next step up.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advise and support line managers on employee relations, including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management
* Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation
* Prepare HR documentation including meeting notes and correspondence
* Manage maternity, paternity, and parental leave processes
* Run absence reports and support HR administration such as recruitment, onboarding, and fleet management
