We are seeking a Recruiter to help us build the teams that make a difference every day in our schools and children’s homes.

This role offers an opportunity to develop your recruiting skills and contribute to the growth of the business. You will be responsible for:
* Overseeing and managing recruitment campaigns for our schools, from attraction and advertising to offer and onboarding
* Directly sourcing and headhunting talent using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
* Building and nurturing talent pipelines aligned with our growth needs to recruit the right people at the right time
* Encouraging employee referrals to attract like-minded individuals who want to make a difference
* Championing the WG candidate experience, reflecting how we look after our people as a great place to work
* Engaging with our Alumni talent community to support re-entry into roles within our group
* Supporting recruiting managers to attract, select, and appoint suitable candidates while ensuring compliance with relevant procedures and legislation (including Safer Recruitment) for safeguarding
* Promoting our employer brand and social media presence

* Passion for the education and care of children and young people with SEN
* At least 1 year of recruiting experience, ideally within social care or education sectors
* Hands-on experience with attraction and sourcing techniques; full training provided
* Comfort with data and talent systems such as LinkedIn and applicant tracking systems
* A caring, empathetic people person who aligns with our mission
* Strong relationship-building and networking skills
* Tenacity and drive to meet or exceed targets
* Ability to relate to diverse audiences
