We are recruiting for a HR Administrator on behalf of a growing manufacturing company based in Sheffield .
HR Administrator Responsibilities:
Process weekly and monthly payroll for approx. 50 employees
Manage HR administration tasks accurately and efficiently
Oversee processes for maternity, paternity, and adoption leave
Support recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new staff
Liaise with managers to ensure training plans are in place for new starters
Manage employee lifecycle tasks (new starters, leavers, changes, etc.)
Maintain HR/timekeeping software systems
Support employee relations processes and meetings
Provide regular HR reports and assist with projects
Requirements:
Previous experience in an HR Administor role
Experience processing payroll
Familiarity with HR software systems
Strong understanding of employment law and HR processes
Excellent organisational and communication skills
High attention to detail and confidentiality
Desirable:
Experience with Sage 50 Payroll
