Working on behalf of our client who are starting a project on a site in Barrow in Furness, we are seeking a Site Manager, on a contract basis.
Key Duties
* Managing day-to-day site operations
* Overseeing brickwork and roofing elements of the project
* Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times
* Coordinating subcontractors and site labour
* Maintaining project timelines and quality standards
What we are looking for in the successful candidate:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on construction or refurbishment projects.
* Strong bricklaying and roofing knowledge
* Valid SMSTS
* CSCS Card
* First Aid
* PPE
* Ability to manage trades, maintain site standards, and ensure safe working practices.
What Our Client Offers
