Pertemps are recruiting Site Support & Facilities Operatives for AQA, supporting their busy exam‑season operations in Milton Keynes.
This is a varied, active role — perfect for someone who enjoys practical work, keeping things running smoothly, and being part of a supportive on‑site team. No two days are the same.
🔨 What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll help keep the site safe, tidy, and running efficiently during AQA’s busiest period. Duties include:
o General site and facilities support
o Basic maintenance and DIY tasks
o Moving and setting up furniture or equipment
o Carrying out routine checks around the building
o Supporting the facilities team with day‑to‑day tasks
o Providing a helpful on‑site presence
o Occasional support with car park coordination
(Facilities and maintenance tasks are the main focus of the role.)
âś… Who This Role Would Suit
This role is ideal if you have experience (or transferable skills) from areas such as:
o Facilities or caretaking
o Maintenance or handyman work
o Warehouse or site support
o Building services or estates support
You’ll also need to be:
o Reliable and hands‑on
o Comfortable carrying out basic repairs and practical tasks
o Friendly and professional when dealing with people on‑site
o Able to work independently and follow instruction
