Responsibilities:
* Prepare a variety of chicken dishes, sides, and sauces according to established recipes and standards
* Ensure that all dishes are cooked to the appropriate temperature and presented in an attractive manner
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including equipment and work surfaces, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
* inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
* Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service
Requirements:
