HR Administrator (Predominantly working from home) needed in Yate, Bristol, £13.47ph PAYE – Reference: 367725
* To administer the recruitment process, including responding to email, telephone, and written inquiries from internal and external customers, carrying out pre-employment checks (references, occupational health questionnaires), maintaining the DBS process, and managing the ATS recruitment system. Maintain good relationships and serve as the first point of contact for applicants, offering seamless service and onboarding, including liaison with HR Advisors and departmental managers on queries, delays, and recruitment support.
* Assist in developing and optimizing recruitment processes, including maximizing the use of the ATS system and ensuring process quality.
This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
