We’re looking for a self-starter with a winning attitude, who is driven, motivated and consistently meets targets. You’ll have a passion for finding new business and building relationships with your clients and have the strategic discipline to grow your portfolio through proactive customer engagement.
Responsibilities
* Cold calling potential clients and explaining the benefits of using Purely Energy’s services and solutions.
* Questioning the current procurement strategy of clients to identify improvement opportunities.
* Preparing tenders and negotiating with our panel of 30 national energy suppliers to secure the best procurement contracts.
* Managing client relationships as their single point of contact, monitoring renewal pipelines and identifying further opportunities.
Qualifications
* Proven sales experience (B2B, B2C, F2F, D2D or similar).
* Energy sector experience is not essential; full training will be provided.
* Excellent telephone manner and communication skills – professional and articulate.
* Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
* Ability to manage workload and pipeline independently.
* Self‑motivated and passionate with a driven character.

* Industry‑leading compensation package: Negotiable base salary (£25,500 – £30,000 DoE) plus uncapped commission with an OTE of £42,000 first year and £60,000+ second year.
