Job Description
3. Provide day-to-day administrative support across all areas of HR
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
5. Support the recruitment and onboarding process, including scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and coordinating inductions
6. Assist with training coordination and maintaining compliance documentation
7. Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
8. Support with payroll input and liaise with the payroll provider as required
9. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
10. Respond to employee queries and support line managers with HR-related tasks
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Admin should have:
11. Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within human resources.
12. Knowledge of HR procedures and employment legislation.
13. Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
14. Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
15. A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all tasks.
16. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
