Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Quant Finance & Systematic Trading
London-based | US market focus (flexible working hours to overlap with US clients)
Anson McCade is a leading executive search and consultancy firm headquartered in the UK, with an international client base including the world’s top hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, and investment banks.
We are looking for ambitious graduates from any discipline to join our Quant Finance & Systematic Trading practice in London, supporting our expansion into the U.S. market. What you’ll be doing
* Talent sourcing & headhunting: Engaging with top quantitative talent, from PhDs and developers to traders and portfolio managers.
* Candidate support: Assisting with the recruitment process, including scheduling, interview prep, and managing client interactions.
* Market research: Mapping talent, tracking trends in systematic trading, quant research, and technology.
* Client support: Helping to prepare candidate shortlists, job descriptions, and presentations for U.S. clients.
* Collaboration & learning: Working alongside senior consultants, gaining exposure to executive search techniques, business development, and quantitative finance.
What we’re looking for
* Recent graduate in any discipline.
* Sharp intellect, strong analytical skills, and the ability to grasp complex, technical material.
* Highly motivated, ambitious, and resilient — relentless in pursuit of results.
* Excellent communication and organisation skills.
* Curious about quant finance and systematic trading, and eager to learn the industry.
* Willingness to work hours overlapping with the U.S. market (typically early mornings / late evenings in London).
