We are recruiting for a part time HR Administrator for our client in Stratford-upon-Avon (3 days per week)
You will be responsible for:
* Inductions:Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
* Uniforms:Manage uniform distribution and maintain accurate records.
* Job Descriptions:Collaborate with department heads to create and update comprehensive job descriptions.
* General HR Support:Assist with day-to-day HR tasks, including record-keeping, data entry, and employee inquiries.
* Compliance:Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Ideally you will have/be:
* Experience:Minimum of 2 years in an HR administrative role.
* Education:Relevant qualifications in HR or related field.
* Attention to Detail:Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* Communication:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Team Player:Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels.
* Tech-Savvy:Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software.
In return you will receive:
* Salary of between £26K-£29K (pro-rata based on part-time hours).
