Site Manager’s required – Midlands
£450 - £500 Per day (Outside IR35)
• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) or SSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certifications are required.
• CSCS Card (Manager level – anything above standard construction worker will suffice) Or CSCS Black Card
• Strong background in site management, preferably with a focus on mechanical and electrical installation
• Strong Automation Background
1. Day to day operational management of site
2. Oversee hands on technical staff and contractors.
3. Authorise RAMS - Risk assessments / method statements / toolbox talks
4. Issuing work permits and working with third party equipment suppliers to negotiate and agree external services
5. Plan and organise work and to ensure materials are delivered on time for work to be carried out
6. Ensure Health & Safety on the site
