Sales Executive – Powerforce GB
Role Overview
This full‑time, permanent Field Sales Executive position supports Powerforce’s pladis Global team – our flagship brand is the UK’s number one biscuit brand, featuring McVities, Go Ahead, Godiva, and Jacobs. You will build in‑store relationships, grow brand presence, and support sales growth across Belfast, Lisburn, Ballymena, Antrim and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain excellent in‑store relationships with key decision makers in Asda, Tesco, Morrison’s and Sainsbury’s stores within your territory.
* Interpret data provided by the data team and apply persuasive techniques to secure new opportunities, maximise brand awareness, and communicate innovative ideas.
* Increase sales by obtaining additional displays, ensuring promotions run correctly, boosting product visibility and availability, and maintaining optimal stock levels.
* Effectively manage allocated store visits and complete all core tasks in store.

* Salary: £24,380 to £28,037 per annum (target earnings), cash bonus up to 15% based on KPIs.

Qualifications & Skills
* Full manual driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months.
* Passion for excellence and strong result‑orientation.
* Strong relationship‑building skills with a focus on top‑notch customer service.
* Self‑motivated, able to manage workload and work independently.
* Experience in field sales or retail management is an advantage, though not mandatory.
